Oops!!! The OEM Rod ends have a limited life. this one pulled right off the connecting rod. The one below, the end came off.. When riding one of these rollers toward a water feature this can be a little unnerving. One of our operators just jumped off when it wouldn’t steer!!!
Rods Ending
The original is over $50 and there are 6 of them on the machine. The replacement I found using Google and they were less than $10 each..
I have also had the same issue i replaced all the rod ends with ones purchased from grainger they are of a better quality and I have not had any problems since
I have had the same problem at fourmile ranch golf course in canon city co. I have been re clamping them with a vise. that is good to know. i will be ordering them for this season. Thanks guys
